I cannot recommend Hypoxi in Cammeray enough....Hannah is amazing and makes you feel at ease. I feel like I am part of a family, which reflects the atmosphere and care taken, when I go for my treatment!! Thank you Hannah for helping me stay fit and healthier, but most importantly, for your encouragement and guidance!!
Although Hypoxi itself involves a physical workout, in this studio there is a vibe that is really calm and reassuring. The rooms are clean and attractive and the staff always helpful, encouraging and available. I always enjoy my sessions there for all those reasons as well as for the results of the exercise.
Wow!!! 12 visits 4 weeks and 23.2cm lost. Astonishing result for such a simple process in such a short period of time! I've continued to eat and drink what I feel like with the only changes being on the days of my treatment and just watching the quantities. With parking out the back and Hannah providing great advice, it is so easy. Go Hypoxi!!!
I was delighted with the results i got from hypoxi. Hannah and all the team at Cammaray are wonderful and extremely encouraging and supportive. I can't rate them highly enough. Thanks so much, Hannah.
