DISGUSTING behaviour and TERRIBLE service - when agreed I would be refunded for my remaining laser sessions, Osvaldo only pretended to complete the transaction on his phone IN FRONT OF ME. So I then left the office thinking I had been refunded. HE FAKED IT AND LIED. He has since deleted a message on the Facebook page when I asked for followup, then waited even longer to send a text saying he would refund only part of the money (with no explanation of what happened with the first "transaction"). I stated I wanted the total, being the original amount he agreed to and now he says he will not refund anything AT ALL. . He FAKED the first refund transaction. . He REDUCED the original amount he promised to refund. . He LIED - as he NOW HAS NOT REFUNDED ANYTHING AT ALL and doesn't even care I was unhappy with the service and his lack of followup. Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with him as he is happy to rip people off. . DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON VOUCHER WITH THIS GUY! After numerous attempts of booking a session, they've never got back to me. I called them over 5 times and they always said Dr Oswaldo (the only practitioner there is) would get in touch to book my 1st session. That never happened. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate with Groupon clients. I totally lost trust on the supplier and ended up having to cancel the voucher and asking for a refund. A complete waste of time.
