If I could I would give this program a half star. I did loose some weight. In fact quite a lot comparative to others. However, despite being promised fortnightly follow up in the now over 12 months I may have had a total of perhaps 7 contacts. I have not achieved the agreed target weight. My last program manager, got promoted, sent me an email telling me I would be getting a new program manager and haven't heard from them since. They censor their facebook closed group to prevent complaints. I see choice gave them a shonky award. Even though I did loose weight a lot of the weight I lost was more from my altering the recommended diets to tailor the eating pattern down to something that seemed more logical to me. I did this independent of them, and in the few follow ups I got, I was distinctly given the impression I knew as much about this program as the staff calling me.
This program is a total RIP OFF ! I lost weight through hard work exercise and sensible eating period ! So quick to take your money , blood tests were a crock medications are most supplement you can get readily get from any good health food store nothing tailor made for my needs at all! ....paying for supplements and a few phone calls from in my experience 4 different support coaches in 10 weeks! as they obviously resigned there positions from this sham of a company !
I purchased a program to lose 15kilos. Paid $3000 and lost nothing. I was supposed to receive a call every week by a nutritionist who offered healthy meal options. I received a call are you on track... no. Okay try eating less. Oh try eating more... and when I get to the end of my program one week out. A Dr's review...... I've asked what follow up I'll be receiving as they guarantee I'll lose weight..... heard nothing for months. Waste of my money and time. Would not recommend to anyone. Don't do it.....
An absolute rip off! I paid $4000 for nothing! I kept telling my "support" person which by the way changed four times, what days I had off so they could check in with me but they never called me on my days off. When I said my weight was not shifting they always had an excuse. I guess they will just start up again as a different shonky company and rip more people off.
DISGRACEFUL COMPANY! BIGGEST SCAM IN AUSTRALIA! I've done some research and the review by Lisa N below is ACTUALLY AN MWI EMPLOYEE. It speaks volumes they need fake reviews to cover up how terrible their company and product really is. The whole company is a mess and run by crooks. Their sales team will say ANYTHING to get you to join. They will make you feel emotional about your weight and then target you when you feel vulnerable. ASK YOUR GP FOR DUROMINE - IT IS WHAT MWI ARE GIVING PEOPLE BUT FOR $3000 RATHER THAN $59 FROM YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY! they also claim you can eat whatever you want but it's a low carb high protein diet that gives you constipation and headaches. SCAM!
This programme was a brilliant solution for me. Obviously to loose weight you need to modify your eating but the supplements helped with the cravings. I finished the programme 5 months ago and have kept the weight off and feel better than I've felt for years. I preferred the phone consultations as I work full time and so a phone call was easier than going for a 'weigh in' each week. Whichever programme works for you is always going to be a struggle when you've been over weight for years you just have to find something that works for you and this certainly did for me!! thanks MWI
The Medical weightloss company is a lot of bull and not worth the money. I use too get phone calls & emails from some there. I haven't received any for weeks. The tablets make me sick. What a waste of $4000.00.
its a complete rip off, you pay $3000 for a few supplements ie zinc, magnesium etc, a blood test and and low carb diet. u get a coach calling once a week but if u dont answer they dont bother trying again. They claim its a medical breakthrough but its a low carb diet like every other diet. once they have your money they dont give a damn about you. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS.
This company does not have an ABN nor ACN. It is a scam Do not pay them any money. You will be disappointed. They take your money over the phone and email the contract two days later in which they deny any liability for refunds. SCAM SCAM SCAM.You have been warned.
I HAVE BEEN WITH MWI 6143 FOR 10 MTHS AND HAVE LOST JUST OVER 30KGS IN THAT TIME MY EXPERIENCE WITH MWI HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING, THEY HAVE PROVIDED SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND TRUE PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TIMES. THEY ADVOCATE LIFESTYLE CHANGE IN A REALISTIC AND ACHIEVABLE PROGRAMME. I HAVE BATTLED WEIGHT FOR OVER 40YRS SO TO SAY I WAS CYNICAL AT THE START WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT BUT I CAN NOW SAY THAT I AM A TRUE BELIEVER IN THE PROGRAMME, IT IS NOT AN EASY FIX AND YOU HAVE TO WORK AT IT SOME WEEKS MORE THAN OTHERS BUT IT WORKS AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I CAN SAY THAT I HAVE MADE THIS A LIFESTYLE AND ONE THAT IS REALISTIC, ACHIEVABLE AND LIFELONG IT'S A WINNER !!!
