Went to the Windsor for dinner, surprisingly enough was a nice little hotel, the meal was nice had the lamb shank and mash which was nice meat fell of the bone, one suggestion would be it needs a bit of green on the plate couple beans or a bit of broccolini.nOther than that can’t really complain
Went to the Bistro for dinner, ordered, paid, all good. Waited for an hour and 15 mins to be told that the order hadn’t made it to the kitchen. Got a refund and got the hell out of there.nNever again.
Tasty food, generous servings and very friendly staff. They offer a seniors' menu - $25 for main and desert, or $20 for main. We had two seniors mains - a half schnitzel with salad and chips and a roast of the day pork, and one dessert sticky date pudding with sauce and ice-cream. Really good value for money.
The room was comfortable, but for a room that is supposed to service 3 people, only had 1 glass in the fridge, no cold water or complementary milk and only 2 cups and 1 tablespoon. No plates or toaster. Although that's fine for me, it maybe inconvenient for a couple. The price is very good and location is perfect. Thank you.
This was recommended for a meal when passing through last week. Ordered seafood basket. Absolutely terrible. I got 2 pieces of fish smaller than a fish finger, 1 dried up sea scallops, 2 dry calamari rings and 2 pieces of seafood stick less than half the length of my thumb. When I complained to waiter he told me that they buy the meal pre-packaged and that's the way they come. I told the waiter cook should be ashamed sending the dish out like that. Absolute terrible meal and a complete waist of money. I got up and walked out in disgust.
