Clean, tidy rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Great facilities with the pool/BBQ area, breakfast room and guest laundry. Delicious room service dinners at a great price. Pet Friendly. Huge parking area perfect for trailers and trucks and undercover parking right at the door of your room. Love the personal touch with the art and garden displays around the motel. Highly recommend for a Dalby stay/holiday.
Older looking hotel, however the renovations are beautiful and the stay was comfortable and clean.nnAll staff members were polite and always greeted my family even from the roof during a work task. The care for customer service was evident by all.nnMy kids loved the pool, free breakfast of a morning and of course access to wifi nThe whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.nnI highly recommend The Parkview.
Good motel, very reasonably priced, dog friendly, clean rooms, walking distance to the shops. Hosts are very helpful. We will be back again very soon.
Stayed at this motel on Saturday night no problems until Sunday morning. Manager came to laundry blocked off access to our car park with their buggy, hit our car with mop bucket No appology, couldn't even say good morning. We were standing at our car getting ready to leave. I may have been with this group but I was not on the bus and was not with the ones that caused any of the trouble, so I will not be accepting any of your abuse about the events that happened. I didn't hear any noise from the others and my room was near them .
I stayed here a few times because the lady was so nice & I liked the brekky room. Last time I booked I explained I'd had a Vax while shopping & felt unwell to drive 60km home. I woke up to 2 dogs barking outside my room at 5:30am. After about 40 mins I rang her & she was rude. She snapped at me when I asked her to ask them to put the dogs elsewhere. People having breakfast had left 2 big dogs in a trailer outside my room. Her response was - Well You Expect That. - No Actually I don't. Not at 5:30 am!.
