Very unhappy with my experience. Arranged someone to come and repair a chip. The chip was less than the size of a 5c piece and more than 5cm from the edge: which I was told met all the requirements for repair.nnThe guy turned up, took my keys, and then 5 minutes later knocked on my door to say that the chip had now spread and I’d now need a whole new windscreen. I looked and my windscreen now has a crack running across half the windscreen!nnThe guy said sorry and started leaving. I said ‘what’s happens now, my car is now illegal to drive’ and he said ‘I don’t know, someone will call you’. Needless to say, 6 hours later no one called me so I called them. They took no responsibility and said they’d give me a discount on a new windscreen. They wanted $1300 with the discount. I rang two other companies and was quoted $1100 and $600 so their ‘discount’ is a load of crap.nnVery unhappy. Surely a professional doesn’t ruin a windscreen within minutes and then drives away with no follow up. And charges you extra for the privilege. I recommend you avoid them.

Very Dodgy.nI received an email offer for NRMA members, 20% discount.ngot a quote for a new windscreen, didn't mention the NRMA offer.nWhen I was given the quote, I mentioned the NRMA offer and was told that the price quoted was the discounted price.nWhy does this crap happen.nIt's either a discount or it's not.nThis particular NRMA / O'Brien offer is a SCAM.nnPreviously took another vehicle there after getting it inspected by O'Brien windscreens, had 2 chips that needed repairing.nWhen the vehicle went in, they only fixed one of the chips.nReckons they couldn't see the other one now.nI'm not sure how one O'Brien staff member recommends 2 chips need replacing, then the next staff member cant even find the second chip.nIt's plain as day to see the second chip.

Amazing service. I had my windscreen replaced within 24 hours of calling. They came to my work and did it in the carpark.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The waiting area with office cubicles to work from was handy and the quality of work was great. They also handled the insurance claim and the whole process was easy. Thanks team!

Could not provide any indication of pricing or timeframe when we were enquiring after a replacement rear windscreen, when we were not 100% sure of type we had. Was told I would get a callback within 6hrs to confirm - 3 days later, zero callback. Took our business elsewhere to someone much more helpful!
