Absolutely appalling. I brought my car in after noticing a leak at the rear, thinking it might be coolant leaking from the exhaust. Instead of properly assessing it, the mechanic bluntly told me the head gasket was blown, coolant had entered the engine, and I’d need to spend $5000–$8000 to repair or rebuild. This was just four days after buying my first car.nnThe report I received was pathetic — barely four vague lines with no mention of a pressure test, compression test, or any actual diagnostics. Nothing to show what had been done, yet somehow a massive quote? I only realised the extent of how misleading this was when I got second and third opinions from reputable mechanics who actually walked me through their assessments, did the necessary tests as is basic practice, and explained everything in detail.nnIt turns out the engine and head gasket are perfectly fine. The leak was simply from a loose coolant bottle cap in the boot. Nothing more.nnThis place either lacks basic competence or was deliberately trying to scare me into a massive, unnecessary repair. It’s predatory, and I cannot warn people enough — do not trust them. They completely took advantage of someone who didn’t know better and caused unnecessary stress and panic

They asked me if I had any money before I received a reply to repair my car, I ignored the discriminatory comment from the criminal, I then wrote to consumer affairs an several other governmental bodies. Then I You Tubed how to fix my own car, avoid this mech and the condemned building; they're criminals.

One star is too much! They had told me to come at 9 a.m., so I went there as instructed. However, all I did was fill out some information on a form, and then I had to wait for an hour. After waiting for that long, they simply told me to come back in five days. Just find some one young guy who can speak well!

Not a good service at all. I took my car to these guys for ac refill not recognising the ac belt had slipped. The head mechanic mousti proceeded to tell me my lines were leaking and that he had checked the whole ac but it came home with a slipped belt still and i was told I needed new lines after taking the car elsewhere I had my ac filled after cwc had emptied it and there was no problem with my ac or lines. Would not recommend these rip off mechanics to anyone. beware

CWC auto services are just the absolute best.nThey offer clear, friendly and reasonable advice, and are very happy to explain things. They always provide a written report of what they've done, no unnecessary work and a complementary loaner car - why would I go anywhere else? Could not recommend them more highly.
