They do not provide accurate quotes and do not even fix up cars when requesting for a car service. When they investigate the car, they do not provide advice on what is wrong on other parts of the car, nor do they consider how much they charge for parts and delivery which is extremely unreasonable.

Never had anything but the best experience from Don and Peter and their crew. I made the mistake of not going back there to get my Legend serviced with them (laziness on my part) and it just didn't get looked after properly. Now it's back with them getting brought back up to speed - I can't wait to get it back!  UPDATE: I got my Legend back and it's brilliant - like a new car : ) Highly recommended!

Great experience this team.  My husband was very impressed with their knowledge, effiency and customer service, so much so that he insisted we take our family car there also.  I also found Don and Peter to be extremely professional, honest, and great customer service.  They took the time to explain what the issues were, what our options were, and the costs.  Great value for money!  Thanks guys :)

ACDC Mitchell happily wasted half a day of my time. I would recommend not dealing with this shop. 

Edit; I have just seen the response you have provided. It is completely false, and further evidence of how untrustworthy your business is. You should be ashamed of yourself.

These guys have a different approach than most mechanics, which can throw you at first but would highly recommend. I had some engine troubles with a 996 Porsche 911 and the guys at ACDC helped me through the process. They are very thorough, perfectionists, and important to me they were genuine in presenting my options and didn't pressure me to accept a particular path. I am used to mechanics charging for every hour they vaguely recall being linked to my job, including smoke brakes and youtubing instructions. These guys only charge for the minutes on the car so the bill worked out to be less than expected.
