My car's bumper got scraped by someone in a carpark and we brought it to Marko's who advised that due to the placement of the damage they would need to replace the whole front panel, including the plastic, if we wanted it returned to its original condition. When we got it back the first time the paint job was bubbled and extremely sloppy so they agreed to rectify it and provide me with a courtesy car. When I got it back the second time it still had dimples, some specks where debris seems to have landed while they were painting, and very sloppy seams where the metal meets the plastic.  The settings in my car had also been tampered with, such as the speed alarm being set to 50km/hr and triggering repeatedly while I was driving home.  While their customer service seemed good, I can't recommend this company at all after the messy work they've done on two occasions. At this point I don't want to waste more of my time by going back a third time. Definitely not the 5-star quality I was led to expect. I was a little concerned about the reviews for the selected repairer that my insurance covered so I decided to get a second opinion from Marko Body Repairs. - Dylan was happy for me to come in for a quote with no notice - He recommended a different insurer which has been cheaper with better cover - The quality of work was fantastic, you can't see the original damage at all - Price was cheaper than my original insurer's excess, and was at the bottom end of the price range quoted by Marko Body Works - My car was super clean when I picked it up!  Hopefully I won't need body repair services again, but if I do, I will go straight to MBW.Service:&nbsp;Painting

Best experience, from the reception door to the walk through they gave me through there huge workshop  which might I add was the cleanest motor repair shop I have ever seen  they have there, to picking up my car with everything repaired how they said it would be, PERFECT. The best thing was but that each person I dealt with or just even worked there that I walked past always said HI to me with a great big smile on their face. I could tell that all the employees be it the boss to the apprentice where happy to be working there, which made the whole experience feel so welcoming.  I'm a real particular and paranoid person about my car but Marko Body Repairs could not have made me feel more relaxed and assured I had nothing to worry about.When it came to matching my custom paint colour on my restored 1987 Holden Commodore they might has well have opened up the same can of paint from when it was sprayed all those years ago, the colour match is spot on. They even explained and showed me how they where going to realign and fix my back bumper bar.  I couldn't be more happier than I am from the whole experience and end result. We have used Marko's a couple of times and they have been fantastic! I have an Audi and would not trust anyone else with repairs. Their customer service is great and they are always helpful.
