Hi Guys ,
 just want to let you inform upfront, the guy Ian, is least experienced with car Transmission issues. The name of his shop should be auto Service shop, where you can change Oil ONLY-
I dealt with the guy twice, problem NOT solved and I paid once 480$ just for opening and closing the lid, He wasn’t sure if he can fix the car, -as it was too technical for him- He priced me for guessing the fault-And advised me he will charge 3000, but it may not fix the problem, ?? Really??
second time, again transmission issue- MINOR, for just scanning the car, he advised he will further investigate, XYZ,(Mean could be many other faults and charge whatever he wants) I paid 88$,it was 15 minutes job, i paid 88$, though the cause was not surely identified, An ordinary mechanic told me exactly same, upon scanning.  Reason why i bring the car to him, he said nothing different, I trusted him twice, both times disappointed, and paid the price, If you want to throw away few hundreds, just call me , I will advise better, I deal with many mechanics. I would never write review for a business, but this mechanic disappointed me twice, and I don’t want someone else  to pay the price for being a new customer-Or mistakenly take his car to fix from him-

Had my car automatic gearbox serviced here, a few weeks later 2x of the oil lines for the auto transmission fluid leaked.  They denied that they touched the hoses during the service, however asking several other mechanics and going through previous receipts from other service centres, the hoses would have been touched for the service to be done properly.  I wouldn't trust taking my car back here, I ended up paying a lot more than I should have after those transmission hoses leaked.

Have taken my ute to Ian for over 5 years and he has always helped and done research into making my BTA 4 speed stronger to handle the power.

Awesome service from Ian. Fixed our dodgy Captiva's transmission which Holden reckoned was not a problem. Fair price and excellent communication on what was going on with the car. Highly recommended.
