Told us we had to change a "radiator filler neck" for $480 and we had to decide to do it within 5 minutes.
Then we went to a local mechanic, the guy there tested the car in front of us, it took him 5 minutes and the problem was a $20 cap.
Don't go there.

Only giving one star because you can't leave it with 0 stars.

Expensive AND didn't do the work.  Took the car to a more reputable mechanic in Gungahlin about one month after having the car "serviced" with a wheel alignment at City Car Care.

The more reputable mechanic said our car would need a service within a month and that it needed a wheel alignment - both of these things had allegedly been done by City Car Care and the car had been driven on about 3 trips of 10 or so km since then (it's our 2nd car).

Also - as many other reviewers have noted - expensive quote for other work that they didnt perform ($500 plus labour) vs cheaper quote elsewhere ($340 incl labour).

Look elsewhere.
