Shopped in store today to get some protein powder. Deana was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful in assisting with the right selection of protein powder. Deana possessed great customer service! Highly recommend shopping with you guys! Will definitely be back
Our first experience was definitely a one star, as we had some female employees snickering at us, as we were looking at protein. However, the most recent visit today was very good. The guy that served us was very knowledgeable and friendly, gave us great insight on a variety of products and what would fit well for our type of training.
Great support in store that gave me the confidence that I have made the correct choice in products to assist in achieving my goals, bloody legends, cheers.

Been going to this nutrition warehouse for the last 5 years it is a good location. However every-time I come in the staff are too in your face and pounce on every customer as soon as you walk in. I came in knowing what I was looking for and was told the “bigger tub is better bang for value” and if “I spend 100$ I get a free pre workout” while these deals are great I don’t appreciate it being rammed down my throat as soon as I walk in. I can imagine if you are just getting into the gym this type of customer service can be quite intimidating.
Very helpful staff all around. Was recommended products that would give me best bang for my buck and was able to taste test a couple items before I purchased
Staff was extremely helpful with helping me chose the rite products for me to use to help me achieve my goals Highly recommend
Jacob came out to our open day to do a tasting and went above and beyond whilst in club. He got roped into doing burpees and was a team player. His knowledge was wonderful and I’ve had a lot of positive feedback from members. Will definitely be requesting Jacob to come back again!
Always get bad customer service, maybe the staff need to be trained well. As there is always a high turnover of Employees
