Super impressed, we got Josh on our first time in there he was very insightful and adaptive to what we were looking for exactly I am definitely looking forward to being a familiar face in their store :

Went in after bariatric surgery looking for protein water powder. This is a product available elsewhere online but I thought I'd see if I could get it locally to save on postage. This was also recommended by my bariatric dietitian  so that's why I wanted it. The guy behind the counter said he doesn't think it's even available,  he's never heard of it, tried to baffle me with science talking about aminos blah blah blah. Then tried to sell me protein shakes. I said I know what dietitian wants me to buy so that's what I want.. dude stop trying to sell other stuff when it's been recommended by someone who's done a 3 year degree in dietetics  and knows what bariatric patients need.

Purchased Oxyshred from here and opened it and it was clumpy and stuck together. I was told that’s fine and that’s just how it can be sometimes. I have purchased the same tub from nutrition warehouse for the past 2 years and never had an issue with it. Was told it would not be replaced. Will not be buying any supplements from here again. I will stick to nutrition warehouse!

Used to be a regularly at this store, purchased a wide range of different supplements, spending a decent amount of money. This was due to the friendly & knowledgeable staff, which always used to make me feel like I was informed on what I needed for my goals and diet requirements. The last few times visiting this store have been very unprofessional. The staff take a very long time to engage with me whenever I walk in, offering no assistance to what supplements I need, talking on the phone while I am standing and waiting to pay and clearly trying to have me leave as soon as possible.

The knowledge of their products was great to help point me in the right direction to get me started on the right track. Fantastic service.

Was impressed with the service and variety of supplements. Have not had a better experience at a supplement store. Will definitely be a regular customer.

This is my go to supplement store after only a single visit. The bloke that served me was amazing and acted more like a mate than a storeman, which I personally welcome with open arms! He was also very helpful with getting me what I needed and we had a good laugh.  The stores layout is also a lovely small, open design, which is very refreshing compared to so many other supplement shops that look more like dodgy warehouses.  Overall, my experience was wonderful and I highly recommend that people go to this store for their future supplement purchases!
