I bought Optimum Nutrition protein powder from this store specifically to get the free ON t shirt that was offered on the website. Spent $160 on it. Was told by the girl at the front desk that she didn’t have any of the free shirts in stock and if I called up that I would have one sent out to me.

I called up the customer care line and was told that it was an online only offer even though there was no indication on the product landing page that it was an online only offer nor was there an * to indicate conditions apply... I was told if I navigate to specials there is where I would find that it was an online only offer?!?. I told the lady on the phone that the girl in store assured me that I would receive my Shirt if I called them and asked (otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased the product) and her reply was sorry we can offer you a nutrition wearhouse t instead. Why would I advertise for you guys when you can’t even sort out your own promotions.

I’m not sure if these guys are unprofessional or just clueless.
