This store has variety of shoes brands for any age and occasions. I think they need to improve the services to be more friendly, helpful and satisfy the customers.
Outsourced to make sure Store was providing the means to use services avaliable in store, was not multiple violations @ least two 10k commerce commission fines on way and recommendations for a new store manager will be sent to the store owner, from higher up, their not even on the website at all either, so multiple things to address in my report with everything recorded on hidden camera with audio , recommendation of avoiding the store at all costs until the store is no longer sub standard / in its current situation
Good prices especially on end of line shoes. Laybuy available. Delivery pretty quick. Wish there was as much range for boys as there is girls.
My issue not theirs. Was looking for something that wasn't in season lol. Friendly staff, shop well presented.
