Huge thanks to Diane for helping us work through getting the shoes my daughter needed, in the right size and colour, at a store in the city where she lives for pickup when she gets home. There were many, many moving parts in the middle of Boxing Day sales and inter-Island travel deadlines, but Diane kept her cool and dealt with all the glitches, staying warm, good natured and professional the whole way. A class act and exemplary customer service.
Diane was AMAZING to deal with. She rectified a sizing issue that I couldn't get resolved via a call to the customer service centre. She delivered the shoes the very next day and was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend her. That's what customer service should be - 5 stars. Thank you Diane!
I visited this store twice on the same day. I was interested in buying some taylor swift shoes as they had a 'two for deal'. On the second visit I still had not been approached by any staff so I approached one lady and asked if she worked there and she said yes. After pointing her in the direction of the shoes I liked she said they had none in my size and to get them online. I felt like the service was not helpful and after going online I ended up purchasing a same style shoe from a different website. I will not shop here.
Went into store to look at some men’s shoes. Sales staff member was too busy on her cellphone talking about her weekend plans to help assist me. Only 3 types of shoes for men - pretty pathetic if you ask me especially for a shoe shop
