Shout out to the staff who gave excellent customer service today when I went in to buy some shoes for an upcoming event. So helpful and even ordered a pair in for me and they will be delivered directly to my house. 10/10
While in Dunedin I visited the store with my sister who was looking for white zipped sneakers. Lucy greeted us. She was lovely... such an engaging personality with excellent customer service skills. As I waited, I browsed...a pair of green leather Deuce sneakers caught my attention. Lucy served simultaneously, kneeling down between us to ensure we each had a good shoe fit; all the time we enjoyed a friendly exchange, not just about shoes! I wore mine out of the store and each day they were my first choice while touring in Otago and Southland - so comfy! Thank-you Merchant and Lucy

Today I was served by Shannon and what a great asset to your company. I went a couple of days before and took some photos of what I would like to purchase and she was so obliging. So today I went back and purchased them. She was so obliging at what to recommend me to use to look after them. Such brilliant service.
Picked up some new boots from here. Good selection and very helpful staff. Good specials and discounts for members too. Will be back

I had the very best service from Will in the Dunedin shop a week ago. He was very helpful. He went and got advise on improving the shoe fit and came back with a great description of what to do. Will had a great manner and was very accommodating to my indecision. It is great to go to a shop where young people are providing such excellent customer service. Top marks Will.
Went in to buy a pair of boots and had lots of help even though it was reasonably busy. The staff member that was helping me had another customer to deal with as well but I never felt neglected. They had such a good deal that I ended up buying a sale pair as well as the boots I wanted. I love them both and was glad to find that they had afterpay so I could pay them off but take them that day! Awesome thanks girls
My Mother and I were served by Jake incredible young salesman with incredible social skills! felt so welcomed and understood in what we were after! like I swear this guy could convince you to buy like 5 pairs of shoes give the man a payrise haha! absolutely loved this service! so thankyou so much Jake! Had issues with my shoes, they started to fall apart within 6 months. Initially there was debate about what was fair as a resolution, but the manager changed her mind and did right by the guarantees act. I know that it can be difficult with store policy and pressure from upper management, and I'm happy with the final outcome. Definitely hard to be told you're wrong and do the right thing afterwards, much appreciated.
