The sashimi poke bowls are delicious! Then, I tried the spicy kale chicken with brown rice and it tasted quite bland in comparison. They overloaded the fried onions on top, hoping that they will add texture and taste. The poached chicken cubes were flavourless. I think I will revert back to my Tuna/salmon bowls.
Very fresh ingredients. They probably have the best toppings selections for Poke in town. I love that all their toppings are well seasoned, not just chopped up and all. Plus they all go along very well together. The miso eggplant and marinated mushrooms are my fave toppings to go!
Nice healthy bowl with lots of salad. Had the salmon, it was very well balanced with lots of fresh vegetables and crushed nuts or peas. Quite expensive, but was a fairly generous serving, and within expectation for a "healthy" meal
There’s a reason why poke bowls are trending worldwide. Office workers are ravenous around lunch time and looking for a filling meal that won’t compromise on flavour or nutrition. The poké bowl ticks all these boxes. The base of brown rice, rice noodle salad, cabbage & baby spinach and/or zucchini noodles offers enough carbohydrates to fill you up. The flavours pack a punch, as the folks at Nudefish generously drizzle these bowls with their array of Japanese inspired sauces. Finally, these bowls are highly nutritious — given the plentiful medley of fresh vegetables mixed with the sashimi, chicken or eggplant. Starting at $14, these bowls will keep you very satisfied throughout the rest of your day in the office.
I love the Nudefish build your own bowl. There's lots of options and the small size is a perfect serve I would say that the wait can sometimes be a bit long so give yourself some time when ordering, or use the Ritual app on your way over
Quick Tasty lunch option, very "clean" tasting though. Could use some seasoning and teriyaki sauce could also be improved with a touch of sugar. However I understand why they've gone with this flavour palette. Will appeal to the very health conscious. Bonus about this place is that it has its own seating where all the other food options don't. Definitely helps if you're in a rush or in a group and can't find seating.
Considering I purchased based on the quality of the photo, I’m really disappointed. I sat next to someone with fishbowl, who’s meal was $7 cheaper and far better looking and just as much food. The photo implied that it was marinated in teriyaki sauce but it wasn’t, it was simply poured owner the top. I also asked for extra chicken. Seems like it would have come with that amount as standard...
Tried the tuna and salmon bowls. Both were pretty flavourful and nutritious. Only downside is that the portion of fish is very small - would recommend adding extra but that brings the cost up a bit too much for a regular lunch.
Awesome Poke place for lunch with fresh ingredients. The regular poke is more like a large. If you're not feeling like a standard poke you can order a custom based on the options which work really well for those with specific dietary requirements. Located on the food court level towards the King steet side next to the escalators
Portions are extremely small for $17. Claims to be nutritional health food but my teriyaki with brown rice was drenched with the overpowering salty terryiaki sauce. Way they cook the chicken was not the best as it is rubbery in texture. Would not be comming back.
