Set within a beautiful heritage dining room with soaring white columns and luxurious accoutrements, est. delivers dining on a grand scale.

Executive Chef Peter Doyle is renowned for his trademark contemporary Australian food, which is uncluttered, seasonally driven and executed with French-influenced precision. Supporting Peter is Head Chef Jacob Davey, whom was hand picked for the distinguished est. team after winning the Young Australian Chef of the Year at the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Award in 2013.

Beautiful and elegant fine dining restaurant with a very relaxing atmosphere. We took the four dishes menu and it was just divine from the entree to the dessert and very well presented in the plates. The staff is friendly professional and helpful. They explain what is in the plate when they serve it. We will be back very soon .

The food are good, and so is the atmosphere and service.
One of the best all round course's. Must have either matching wine or cocktails. Get 2 serves of the Wagyu fat potatoes... Trust me
The service was lovely and attentive to our needs, making us feel comfortable and well provided for. The food tasting menu was served promptly and the courses were delicious. Some of them has an acquired taste but still beautiful.
