Northway Fish House

Used to be really good, but it’s definitely dropped the ball now. Won’t be going here again, I was given butter fish instead of flake, potato cakes were made out of old potatoes, chips were undercooked and I was given bland chicken burgers instead of chicken Schnitzel burgers.

There's always precooked potato cakes and dimsims just sitting there When I went tonight there was also 3 baskets of chips precooked... Got home and our food was pretty average Very disappointing

The chips was a bit greezy same went for the fish. But still crispy on the outside and soft in the middle better once we added some salt, I guess if we go back, ask for salt on the chips. The fish not much flavour, maybe a little to much batter, but didn't taste bad. Again a bit of seafood sauce did wonders. We expect a bit of a wait but ready inside of 10 min.

Chips are precooked. Very dry. Fish was dry and tough. Definately not worth the price.

Pure filth. Quality has declined significantly over the last year. Calamari rings taste like potato cakes, and the burgers are tasteless and sloppy. Worst part is in this day and age, the owner continues to avoid paying tax by STILL making it cash only…..

Over Easter weekend, not much open. Went to buy a pizza at neighbouring Forge but unfortunately closed. Choose this place. Worst fish and chips ever. The fish was inedible. Chips were ok.

Don't know what all the negative reviews are about, the chips and fish were perfectly salted and sensationally crispy. 9/10 would definitely eat from here again

Chips were very average. Undercooked and little salt. Didn’t think chips could be so bad.
