We were in the area and decided to try this Indian restaurant for lunch. We ordered chicken handi and dal makhani with a few breads. Unfortunately, the food was very average and the menu was quite confusing, which made ordering harder than it needed to be. Service was also disappointing, as the staff seemed busy with other things at the back or in the garden rather than attending to customers. On the plus side, street parking is available. Overall, not a great experience and probably not a place we’d rush back to.
Ordered 2 Hyderabadi Chicken Biryanis through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed. Each biryani had hardly 2–3 chicken pieces, which is unacceptable for the price. The taste was very bland—no aroma, no spices, no authentic biryani flavour. It honestly felt like plain fried rice mixed with food colour, not biryani at all.nThere were no onions or proper masala, and the raita was ridiculously bad and seemed like an afterthought. Overall, this was far from Hyderabadi biryani and not worth the money. Would not recommend.
Had a lovely experience at this Indian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Prices are so reasonable.nnWhat truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner. I accidentally left my cards behind, and he went out of his way to safely post them back to me. Such honesty and care are rare these days.nnGreat food and even better people—highly recommend!
We were lucky to find this place on our way to the Grampians. The food was really amazing. We tried both the Veg and Non Veg dishes, and all of them were super tasty and had their own flavours. We really enjoyed the hot Rotis that were served to us. I think it was one of the best Roti's we have had. The place is very family -friendly and the staff too were very polite and friendly. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing lunch
Ordered take away. Quite nice. Good portions. Rice cooked beautifully. Garlic naan nice and good serving size. Their EFTPOS was down but we got payment sorted in the end.nThanks for some lovely meals.
