Went to get the cheese volcano that I've seen people reviewing on YouTube saw it came in a larger box with garlic butter around the crust as you can see no garlic butter and much smaller then I've seen in videos if you got just the pizza it cost $10 with the chips $15 went to get the pizza with chips they tried to charge me $17 I said whys it that price they said it was a surcharge even though I was paying in cash never have I ever been charged extra when paying in cash so I just got the pizza which still cost more then advertised plus he tried to give me back incorrect change wont be coming back.
The staff member gave the pizza in a broken box. Secondly, she had forgotten to put the sauce on top that was already paid for. And when asked about it, she deliberately spilled the sauce on pizza out of sheer anger. Worst staff ever . She didn’t give any refund or even apologised for it.
I ordered a Dominoes Dessert box and apparently it didn't go through on their end, so the driver arrived with my pizzas and that's all.nnFortunately my card wasn't charged but when I called the store, the girl on the other end sounded and acted like she was under 18. She put me on hold twice without explanation and I had to read out my card details 3 times for her to get it right. The only apology I got was after I paid, which was followed up with a 'bye' and she hung up on me! No explanation of what happened or why.nnMaybe I'll get better customer service from the Sebastopol store, or better yet, I'll just order from Amalfi pizza next door to this store!
Stuffed up my last order.... We Ordered mega meat lovers and one with the lot /supreme. Basically dough and sauce with a little topping. Dessert was the wrong item which we where looking forward to. These are meant to be a LARGE nothing large about these pizza's I've ordered tonight. With my last order and this one they have lost me as a customer!
On more than 1 occasion, I pay with cash. I nominate the denomination that I have and expect the exact change. The delivery person was not advised and didn't have the correct change. If you are trying to force me to pay by card, I will be changing suppliers!!!
