Order through Uber eats maybe because of that the order is not given much attention, is it? I ordered for spicy fries and also spicy seasoning but instead I got normal fries and no spciy seasoning. Please can you explain is it because it was a Uber order? Can anyone from the store care to explain.
I went twice over a period of 4 days with my grandchildren. On both days it was chaotic behind the counter - no was supervising staff as meals were stacked on the front counter getting cold while they sorted or called out orders. It waited close to 15 minutes on each occasion to get our now cold meals. On both occasions other customers were complaining about meals not being what was ordered or missing things. On my second occasion half of the meal I ordered was missing. Go somewhere else people - this place is a mess!
Plenty of managers but no communication. No pies, understand they take about 10 minutes to cook. Waited 25 minutes to get my apple pies and coke. The whole no communication from managers is really frustrating. Especially when three of them were on the floor…

I have just arrived from qld, so I ordered McDonald's uber eats. First, they forgot the sauce for nuggets, I let it go, following day I ordered again, only to be left with a nuggets happy meal, not only without sauce, now they forgot my drink. NOT HAPPY.
