Waited 20 mins for a hot drink, the store was quiet. The manager refused to offer service. The junior employee came to the rescue and made the hot drink and helped another customer that waited 30mins for her food that was burnt and missing toppings.
Store was a joke. I was asked to park in a waiting bay so I did. After about a 10 minute wait and employee brought out food didn't even ask what we had ordered, just looked into a bag and told us that it was not my order and walked away. The exact same order was brought back out 10 minutes later in scrunched up bags and given to me. Once I got home to feed my children I realised they had still managed to forget a happy meal toy and a medium chips. Food was also cold by this point.
We got drive through and it's the 3rd time they messed it up ,thus time a medium chips was missing and also a pack of sweet n sour sauce , if you come here make sure to check you bag to make sure it's not missing anything
Drivethru order. Worst maccas had in a while. Fries dry, no pineapple in tropical burgers, nuggets were so dry almost inedible. This is the second time have had subpar food from this branch. Won't return again
Order through Uber eats maybe because of that the order is not given much attention, is it? I ordered for spicy fries and also spicy seasoning but instead I got normal fries and no spciy seasoning. Please can you explain is it because it was a Uber order? Can anyone from the store care to explain.
