Still difficult to find a clean table and the toilets were 4/10.nUpdate with less stars. I only come here because morning else is open.nI was here for half an hour and the tables weren't cleared. This should be dinner rush time! Table service, girl who brought my drink didn't have the curtacy to say anything or even check she had the right person. The boy who brought my meal was nice. Don't Macca's do trays for dine in anymore? Chips were cold and floppy! Pick up your game Macca's! It's much different to when I was working there!
No bottom bun on my burger and chips put in the bag upside down, how is that even possible???? Manager said “ haha that was me , do you want the bottom bun?” Swear every time I come here something goes wrong, missing , or incorrect or cold food. If you have the ability to go 5 minutes further towards Lucas McDonald’s do that instead.
ordered a cheeseburger no mustard, no pickles extra cheese, got mustard, pickles and no extra cheese despite paying for it, and i’m allergic to pickles!! also ordered a chicken and cheese and got a mcchicken?? and ordered 6 normal nuggets and got garlic and black pepper ones instead. i only realised when i got home too‍
Experience the shittiest Mc Donald customer service here, where no body knows what they have and don’t have and talk to you like you have disturbed their holiday stay enquiring your meal that was served different to the order.nAnd as always, the only burgher in the world that is served with 1 slice of tomato costing a dollar and few pieces of lettuce for 60 cents and tartar sauce barely touching the burgher at all. A bit of decent customer service could’ve helped - but unheard of.
I am a regular customer here, but my experience as a delivery driver today 17 December around 3:00 pm was unacceptable. This store frequently refuses to fulfill delivery orders. They often give excuses claiming they 'didn't receive the order' or simply state 'can't do that' without any valid reason. It’s frustrating to waste time and fuel coming here only to be turned away. I strongly advise other delivery drivers to avoid McDonald's Wendouree if possible.
