Customer service is always good. Food is a bit of a disappointment. Was cold and not fresh.

Food and service was good. Restaurant was freezing - outside was warmer at 19 degrees. Think the AC could be turned off.

I just went through the drive-through at the Howitt Street, Ballarat Central VIC 3355.I asked for a Hunger Tamer. When we reach home and open its was wrong meal. I went back and complain to the manager Mr. Michale instead of apologize he was rude and say its happen in busy time instead of complain I have to understand. After paying money, waste time and fuel still i have to understand.

Cold food burger was cold and missing all sauces and mayo think I recieved wrong order to far to drive back very dissapointing
