The lettuce they used was rotten on all burgers, ordered takeaway for chicken royale and jacks fried chicken and a vegan burger, all of the lettuce were rotten like shown in photo. Guess lettuce is too expensive for hungry jacks.

Well we did, and we wish we hadn’t. We popped in to eat lunch here, a break from our journey. It wasn’t particularly busy. However, there were several customers at the register. There were also plenty of staff. In fact, more than you see in other similar places.nThe whole process was so excruciatingly sloooooow. The person serving at the one open register would take one order then disappear. We had to then wait to be served by someone else. Waiting for our prepared orders was also extremely slow, one of our group ordered separately, and their order was not even called out. Later, it was found to be sitting on the counter going cold. We had all finished our meals before they had even got theirs. At the table we also found our orders were incorrect. Examples are, coffees were asked for as extra hot. This was misheard, and charged for, as extra shot. Orange juice ordered and some other drink came in its place. These kinds of things, lack of attention to detail. I know these are all first world problems and in the big scheme of things it means naught, but it is very doubtful we will back here. Very disappointing.
Went in drive through. Ordered after confusion with order taker. Got to window, wrong drinks given then wrongnburgers even after telling them the correct order, still given wrong burger.nThink they need to listen to customers. Yes, it's busy, but that's the business.nDon't usually make complaints, I just NEVER GO BACK. And you never know you've lost a customer.nSlow down, listen, get it right.
Great breakfast, nice crispy, fresh hash browns, great coffee and hot chocolate and also the Toasties/breakfast burgers were nice. Dining room is an awesome retro decor!
