Didn’t find any option for 0 star so i have to gave 1, I ordered wicked wings this afternoon via drive through and it looks like it was cooked 3-4 days ago, the batter was very hard like stone and chicken is not tenderness and dry.nnDidn’t expect from a big chain fast food and suggest to stop eating shitty food from KFC.
I came in to get a giant feast for me and my family and they were so busy, so I was expecting it to take ages yet within 5 minutes I had my food. The person who took our order was extremely polite and professional everything looked clean and orderly. I will be ordering again!

The food is great, and so is service, but a few of the service clerks at the drive thru need to be mature, but in all its a great place for take out and the seating area is also well cleaned.
Front of house staff worked incredibly slow. Took half an hour to get our order during dinner with only 8 or so orders dine-in. No sense of urgency from anyone out the front with everyone dawdling around.nThe manager was chatting with staff instead of controlling the team and did not bother trying to get orders out quickly.
