Very disappointed.nnWent through the drive thru not long ago tonight 15th of Feb. I had put my order in, requesting tomato sauce with my nuggets and no salt on my chips.nWaited 20 or so mins before I got my food, because it was so busy.nI checked my bag when I got the food. no sauce firstly, so lucky I said something. Guy apologised which was fine.nBut when I got home I realised the chips had lots of salt on them! And they were pretty crap too I actually can't eat chips with salt so that was a waste of my money and time.. at least the nuggets were hot and fresh .
I went through the drive-thru it took a bit of time but besides that it was quick and the food was nice I would go back there any time of the week to get food from there 7 out of 10
Splendid and amazing customer service from Ally! She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all the different food deals to me. Truly appreciated her kindness and attention—thank you, Ally and the team!
Didn’t find any option for 0 star so i have to gave 1, I ordered wicked wings this afternoon via drive through and it looks like it was cooked 3-4 days ago, the batter was very hard like stone and chicken is not tenderness and dry.nnDidn’t expect from a big chain fast food and suggest to stop eating shitty food from KFC.
I genuinely hope the owner of KFC Wendouree sees this.nWaiting over 20 minutes for a basic front counter order is not acceptable. If customers are consistently waiting that long, then staffing levels are clearly inadequate. That is a management issue, not a customer issue.nWhat makes this worse is that while I was still waiting for my front counter order, I went through the drive through and ordered the exact same meal. The drive through order was served almost immediately, yet my original order inside took over 20 minutes.nThis clearly shows that in store customers are being deprioritised. There is no justification for someone physically standing inside your restaurant to be treated as less important than cars in the drive through.nEveryone deserve equal service, not to feel ignored.nSo yeah... disappointing.
