The store was not clean. Had plenty of time waiting to take notice of this. Only one person was packing orders on the front counter. I could see others standing around, talking. You'd think they would be more organised and have at least one other person packing orders, especially with so many people waiting. I could see at least 8 orders up on the screen that had yet to be made up, and that's only in store orders. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for mine. That's not fast food by a long shot. Not impressed at all‼
Do not order for delivery from here. At best your meal will vaguely resemble what you requested. But rest assure they will have one item in correctly or more often entirely absent. There’s another KFC in Ballarat… they can’t be any worse.
Currently 8 months pregnant and was craving a burger. They got my order wrong twice then gave me a wrapped chicken patty with lettuce. Honestly pathetic. My partner went in to ask for a new burger and the manager comes out to tell him not to throw food at the workers he just put it on the bench and unwrapped itnNever ordering a burger here again.
So dissatisfied in the food & service here tonight. I asked for it to be freshly cooked and said I am happy to wait. It came out cold & tasted as if it’s sat there for three days, inedible…
Paid for extra chicken, was charged for extra chicken and didn't receive it. Try to call the restaurant and the phone number goes straight to message bank. Chips were cold and scooped from a tub instead of the warmer.
