Location, location, location.  Great spot right on Port Philip Bay.  Service is friendly (if not in peak times (weekends- when staffing could be pushed!) Good  lunch menu. Price is reasonable.  Parking can be an issue - you may have to pay for a spot, if all available FREE parking at the far end of North Rd has been taken. Worth going here for the location and at least a latte!

It was alright, fairly over priced for the quality of service and quality of food. Have to pay for parking or try and score a free spot on the side streets. Lovely location near the beach. Decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Overall it was a nice place to go to but not a favourite.

North Point is a family style Cafe located in a amazing beach location with some great views of the bay. It is a no frills style Cafe offering average food, which in my case was just Ok. I ordered the chorizo Spanish omelette, which had three small pieces of sausage and was mainly eggs and potatoes. While the flavour was reasonable, I have had much better omelettes. The service staff were polite, but not as attentive as you would expect. It was a bit busy, so that might have been their excuse. Would I go back, probably not. While the location is great, there is nothing appealing here that would make me want to rushing back. It is fine if you are in the area and need something to eat, just don't set yourself high expectations.

I love North Point Cafe. My favourite meal is their brekky. Many wonderful choices and they're all tasty and healthy. Coffee's great too. Service is always wonderful. Overlooking the beach is beautiful!
