At Rupert's we believe in using quality produce, organic where possible and supporting local producers. Below are some that we'd like to acknowledge for their excellent products and service.

Story

Demeter Bio-dynamic Milk
Our milk comes from a family run certified bio-dynamic near
Nathalia in the Goulburn Valley. This high quality full cream & light milk comes from milking 130 Friesian cows.

Bakery Lievito
Bakery Lievito is located in Highett wholesaling wholesome, organic white, sourdough loaves. Lievito is the Italian word for natural leavening, keeping things natural is a priority for Lievito, favouring organic and biodynamic ingredients and mills biodynamic wholegrain at the bakery.

Green Eggs
Green eggs are located near Ararat, just 200kms from Melbourne. They are delivered direct from the farm to our door, providing incredible freshness (and why our poached eggs are so good!). The eggs are produced in the most ethical way and are truly free range, coming from a 480 hectare farm.

Cunliffe & Waters
All our preserves including jams and chutneys are supplied by Cunliffe & Waters. Located in the Yarra Valley the only preservtives they use are the old fashioned ones; sugar, vinigar or salt. They source as much produce from the local area as possible.

ISTRA Smallgoods
Located in Musk on the Macedon Ranges, Istra Smallgoods produces a wide range of hand-made quality cured products which have been passed on from generation to generation. Istra specialises in top-of-the-range Bacon, Free Range Bred Hams, Kassler and Chorizo.

Prana Chai
Our sweet & spicy chai is made using Prana Chai. The chai mix consists of 8 spices hand ground then blended with fresh ginger, honey and premium black tea. Prana are locals too located in Bentleigh East.
