My husband presented at the after hours emergency dept feeling really unwell. The staff were very professional and caring and the duty doctor was able to diagnose the problem and commence treatment quickly. We were very impressed and most grateful for the care given. We would highly recommend the NESMH given the excellence of our experience.

I only gave 1 star cause there is no option for 0 stars my wife has to have back surgery and is on level 2 waiting list the hospital said if it gets worse to go to emergency and that will move her up the list so she was getting worse and went to emergency where she was met outside by doctor who said I can't give you your pain medication go see the GP tomorrow my wife was in years due to pain so he told her to go inside where she was sat on a seat in waiting room for COVID test that came back clear my wife can barely walk so the doctor sent the nurse out gave her a shot of antinflamitry and sent on her way and told to see GP tomorrow the doctor at hospital was lazy he should of seen her and assessed her

Fantastic staff and service

Perfect rural and remote care . The nursing staff I work with are awesome .
