Wait on hold for specialist clinic to change an appointment (that wasn't for 2 weeks) lady was cranky cause I now have to go back and fill those appointments. I understand the frustration but things happen and I thought informing them as soon as possible about changes is the right thing to do. Is it necessary to complain to a patient that you now have to do your job? 😳

From we walked into the front door we were treated with care and kindness, all the way through, on 26/4/2017. Thank you to all the staff in Cardiology, Dr Herman and his assistants as well  as the staff in Day Procedure unit. Many Thanks Ron and Wendy Pedder
