we are a working hostel in Bundaberg. Bundaberg is a great town for farm work a with lots of work through out most of the year we can guarantee and immediate start although ultimately the weather plays a large part in this.
Year round we can get you onto a contract farm. Contract work is not always the best but they often work 7 days a week so you will make a little money and get your days signed off as quick possible.
With our great reputation with the Bundaberg farmers We have lots of good hourly jobs depending on the season.
We are the cheapest hostel in Bundaberg by far we only charge 180 a week and don’t charge for transport to the farms or WIFI so can can save money even on the contract farms. Places are filling up so Please call if you’re interested

The staff has some really good and welcoming people. I was able to get a part time job and at the time i was there, there was a couple from Canada to accompany me at work. Though, there are some dirty areas but the staff made things easier once we confirmed them. Overall it was a pleasing experience at north bundy.

Had an awesome experience overall at North Bundy hostels. Met some awesome people there and found a pretty decent part time job as well.

Out of all my travels in Australia and doing my farm work North Bundy would have to be best. I got my days done quickly even though it was hard  work it never killed me. Cherry tomatoes was the worst but the best at the same time. No it a lot of money but its short days and they sign of full one plus you don't stay on that farm long. I did most of the days at a sweet potato farm and they were lovely so i really can't complain. Had the best time staying in the hostel. The staff and other backpackers were great!

Worked at the hostel for 88 days, had an awesome time with the staff & guests, free transport & wifi, can't see why others have given a bad rap to this hostel beds were constantly being checked for bugs, and the staff were constantly cleaning the hostel, if i decide to do a 2nd year then I'm coming back here for sure, hard work but if you stick it out and wait your turn for an hourly job like i did it's well worth it, thanks north bundy 😊 keep up the awesome work

I am from Uk and stayed here for about three months. What I really loved the about the hostel is the rooms, with almost all amenities and was  surprised by the prices they charged. Reasonable enough and what's the best thing is you get a variety of work and a free transport. Had an amazing, unforgettable experience here and would love to recommend anyone. Thanks!
