The Burnett Riverside Motel is located in the heart of the Central Business District, just a few minutes walk to major department store and boutique shopping, the commercial district, government and legal offices, churches, function venues, the R.S.L. and City pubs, and on the banks of the tranquil Burnett River. Bundaberg accommodation that gives you the environment and service to relax in. Built in 1999, the Burnett Riverside Motel is the newest motel in Bundaberg and the only one to offer river views from many of our rooms, five levels of accommodation, under building secure parking, fully integrated restaurant and function facilities.

Decent hotel in nice location. Rooms nice enough.nPretty disappointed that they had zero service on Easter Friday. Not even the possibility of a sandwich. In my opinion they should charge less when they can't offer a full service
Great location and views looking out onto the river, Rooms are very clean the hotel is presented very clean and tidy,Unfortunately the 4 star ship has sailed when it comes the quality of the rooms. Our room on the 4th floor, looked very aged if you put anything on the bedside cabinet it stuck to it ,instead of replacing the tank on the toilet it was just painted although the seat and lid was replacedso 3 star, This hotel is a solid 3 star with a few splashes of a 4 star but charging 4 star prices.Maybe next time reception should be advising that they will take $150 security deposit when doing a phone booking spoke to them 2 times wasn't a issue to pay just not at all impressed with dropping it on guest's at check-in it only needed a card imprint again so 3 star, Burnett riverside hotel time to lift your game and refurbished the rooms to be in line with your pricing.
One of the BEST and most affordable Wedding Venues Bundaberg has to offer!!nManager/Events Coordinator Shay goes above and beyond to make your event go as smooth and easy as possible!!nThe Burnett Riverside Function Room/s comes fully equipped with private entry, private amenities, private balcony, built-in plug & play audio system, it’s very own waitstaff Bar stocked with whatever you should choose also with the choice of running a tab or pay as you go via eftpos this allows for more affordability.nThe room has beautiful polished timber floors accented by the warm white glow that comes from the gorgeous chandeliers that can be personally adjusted by a very conveniently positioned dimmer dial for just the right ambience for your event!!nThis beautiful room opens out onto a lovely intimate deck via full floor to ceiling glass concertina style doors that give a true alfresco vibe if you should so choose or keep them closed as the room is also serviced by ducted air conditioning!! The deck also comes equipped with dry bars and stools for an extra touch of elegance allowing guests the option of taking in the evening sunset that lights up the Burnett River in a way only a position like this one could lend…very uniquely beautiful!!nI could go on and on but I’ll leave off now with pictures of the setup of our beautiful daughter and son-in-laws wedding reception…enjoy!!
There were stains on the bed sheet and pillow cases, on the main bed mattress springs were broken. I felt the room was dusty and stuffy. Overall, I didn't like the experience.
Nice clean and tidy motel with friendly customer service and cosy rooms but old style furnishings with not enough power outlet access. Needs a good refurb.
