Mainly a good experience,. The only thing if I may say is,. Staff were around the desk, and only one at the time, out in the store, in other words, no one around to help, staff at desk busy, maybe if staff tried to take it in turns 3, out around store, 3 behind desk, change over at the hour???  Staff very helpful, when one got one.  I work in a busy retail store, and it needs a strong and supported floor manager, to see what the need is, and distribute staff as necessary. I congratulate Noel Learning on the move, I am sure with a few new measures put in place, you will give your competitors a good run for their money.

Best service ever, phoned around looking for a similar product but Sam from Noel Leming had all the product info I needed and was happy to help. Served us when we came into the store also with the same friendly helpful advice. Would defiantly go back!
