The Engineer, Peter, was a real gent, he was very professional and sorted my computer out ensuring everything was working first-class before signing off. He is a credit to your company and I would certainly recommend him to others who have problems with their computers.
I was most impressed with the prompt response I received on contact. The technicians are most professional, and helpful in all forms of delivery in their course of assisting me with my dilemma...... I would highly recommend Christchurch Computer Repairs for all those urgent crashes and needed repairs that can be remotely attended to, saving having to drop off and leave your computers. My work laptop, which is vital for remote access failed to load up and was sending me in a loop. Rang Pete & I dropped it off same day. Diagnosed HD failure and data lost. Within 48 hours had laptop back in faster working order, with new hd and data recovered. Excellent communication all the way through and customer service. Highly recommend this company, most impressed!
Excellent service, highly reccomended. My computer was not in the best of state, running slow and programs not responding to my requests. So contacted peter via email and was linked up by mid day fixing my issues remotely and even gave me some advice on how to keep it maintained. Thank you
I phoned this service after experiencing a computer virus. They managed to provide a remote session without the hassle of having to bring a computer to the store. Recommend this service to my neighbour who had a problem with their computer as well. They done a good job as well.
