VenuesWest’s Facebook is monitored between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, with extended hours as necessary. VenuesWest staff will respond to all queries within 48 hours.

The page has been created to provide VenuesWest information as well as to respond to enquiries and questions.

There are five simple rules for posting:

1. Please be respectful, and consider other points of view when posting. VenuesWest reserves the right to remove postings that could be considered:
- Abusive, offending, or indecent;
- Untrue, misleading, irrelevant, or misrepresentative;
- Confidential information;
- In violation of any intellectual property right of another;
- In violation of any law or regulation;
- Spam or non-solicited/non-approved advertising material, or;
- Anything we deem to be offensive, explicitly or in tone or otherwise not appropriate for an audience of all ages.

2. Please don't post any of your own or anyone else's personal information.

3. Please don't post about individual people at VenuesWest.

4. Please keep posts relevant to VenuesWest and the services we provide.

5. Please don't spam or try and advertise on our page. We do not support on-selling of tickets or ticket scalping, so please do not post regarding tickets for sale on our pages

All feedback (either positive or negative) is helpful to us. We will do our best to respond directly to as many posts as possible.

While we support lively, open discussion, we reserve the right to delete any comments that don't comply with our rules, or which are otherwise deemed inappropriate. Any users who repeatedly break these rules may be blocked.
