Had no problems at all with any of my claims from NIB, good communication and good staff every time I have had to deal with them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Doesn't surprise me as the manager himself sets low customer service standards for the staff. They apparently have no process to follow up or not required to, although they said they would. Was happy to cancel the account instead of resolving the issue. Not recommended.

Agree with previous comment and more. Despite having been with NIB for 10 years they make you feel like a criminal for claiming for a minor expense even though I never claim anything except someone to brush my teeth for me. I will be leaving them soon anyway.
