Based in Canberra, Australia, Capital Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd is one of the few locally owned and operated brokers in our region. We provide a complete range of financial services, including all types of general and life insurance and a wide range of finance products.

Our primary role is to look after your interests in all matters relating to insurance, risk management and finance.

Capital Insurance Brokers are a Member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). NIBA Members must meet stringent professional standards and also subscribe to a Code of Practice.

Have to disagree  withe the previous reviewer.  I've used these guys for some time now and their service is excellent any time I've had an issue they have helped sort it quickly and given great advice. Most importantly  they recommend the right policy.  No point having car or house or any insurance if it's with a company that won't pay if you have a problem. I had a nightmare years ago with a Web insurer.  Had to claim twice and everything  went smoothly.

Crap service. They seem to be very happy to go home to their nice warm homes while they leave you sitting in your home with no cleaning from sewage seeping through your home. Unable to use the bathroom for 36 hours now and no hint of any person coming out to clean the poo and crap from the bathroom tiles, floor, toilet and sinks. Not happy at all. 

They say they are open 24 hours seven days a week. Try calling them at 4.50pm to check where they are at with sending someone out and you will get a message on their answer machine saying they are not there and are closed on the public holiday that was eight days ago. Are they still on the public holiday that was eight days ago? I wonder.

Had to give a star rating, so rated it one star. Would rather give it zero stars.
