Shame on you APIA - went to renew my vehicle insurance, I do not drive my vehicle very much now, so have third party fire and theft. The premium had gone up 15% and I didn't qualify for any discounts 10% as I had moved my other insurance to another company at a cheaper rate. Telephoned another insurer and the policy was $143.00 cheaper!! And I thought your Company was for Pensioners.
They use the worst ever preferred repairers: Ryde Accident Repair Centre at Ryde ..would rate 5% out of 100% ...never go there
