Great campground, surrounded by cliffs and with the Wolgan River running past. Basic facilities. Can get busy at peak periods, but it's a fairy large campground. Walk to Glow Worm Tunnel (9km return walk) starts about 6.5km down Wolgan Road from the camp site.

Went on 18-19th December. Campground was quiet, hot during the day but pleasant at night. The river runs right next to the campground, is freshwater and sandy bottom. The glow worm walk and ruins walk were excellent! The windyloos were clean and had toilet paper. You must take plenty of drinking water to the campground as there is no drinking water available.

Fantastic free camp area at the end of Wolgan Rd. Can get very busy during holidays. Very good pit toilet. Campsite is beside the river so you can take a dip here. It has a number of hiking trail, i.e. to the Industrial Ruin and the Glowworm Tunnel.

Great place to visit. Although sometimes it can be very crowded as the tar road has been extended.

Freakin awesome. Crowded in holiday season. Most weekends are sparsely camped.
