It's a post shop with lots of PO Boxes. Most of them seem to be arranged in numerical order, which is better than the set-up they had while they were in the basement :}

Very old office building, impeccable view on the top floor, newly done toilets. A cafe and a coffee place down stairs. Close to town.

Unfortunately unable to post with Zero Stars: Trying to get through to a real person to answer specific questions is a demoralising and frustrating waste of time. After days of back and forth Emails, I needed to talk to someone specifically to set up International Business, and I was told I had to email questions and couldnt talk to anyone. I couldnt even talk to a Manager. No wonder NZ post is losing money. Incredible.
