The best post service you can imagine! Due to my business I send a lot of parcels regularly. I compared several post offices and stick with Khandallah one - this reliable and awesome post team is ready to help you all week! Great variety of stationery and gifts! Helpful and friendly staff always treat customers with real old fashioned good customer service. Can easily answer all your questions about postage and assist with the best option. Parking out front for quick drop offs.

The whole NZ POST service is very hopeless nowadays, and the Khandallah post shop is not an exception. On 4th of April 2021 when was a Saturday, I was waiting outside the shop from 8.55am to 9.25 am. 6 other customers was there as well, there is a huge sign saying they should open by 9am. Rang the 0800, and been told have no idea why the shop was keeping closed. It's year 2021 now, which business will do this to the customers? NZ POST does!
Has a limited range in some product lines but I can recommend the fresh vegetable Department
The staff are amazing, never been in a better post office anywhere in the world. khandallah's best kept secret

Friendly staff, very helpful. Only wish it opened a bit earlier on weekdays.
