Went here on 1/08/22 and wanted to pay an application fee for something and was told they didn't process new applications fees only renewals then looked at me like I was stupid. I left confused and contacted the particular authority who assured me I was in fact correct. Waste of time will go to another Post Shop to sort out.

It's a shame, I've always had such great experiences but this time, I came about 7 minutes to buy a size 6 bag and tracing ticket. They started constantly asking me when if I'd send it now. And then told me to be faster as they were closing soon 3 minutes. This whole negative experience was all from one staff member who ruined it for every other staff member.
I tried to send a parcel to my mother overseas, and was told I need to provide her date of birth. I didn't have this information, so had to go home to get the information. I then found out I should never have been asked for this as it was not actually necessary - wasted two trips to the post shop!
This shop still comes up in searches for Kiwibank but it is not a bank any more. Made a whole trip with a small baby for nothing. Almost impossible to call the store in advance to check. Please sort this out.
Ive gone here twice and they have been very nice. The staff are very kind and helpful and they showed me where everything is on my first time posting. They also handled my package with care.
very rude i arrive there by 4.44 and they close by 5 even there were so 2 more customers after me.the lady on service was upset with me .feels like not happy to work. first time happen to me .

At Christmas time I went here to send a parcel overseas for the first time. The staff could not have been more helpful even though it was really busy.
