Absolutely disgusting service. I had to do the couriers job for him after he delivered my parcels to the wrong address. When the customer service centre told me that he had to go back and do a retrieval, he didn’t even bother. Then they had the cheek to lie about everything. Wellington Super depot, do better cause it was the call centre that dropped you right in it

A lady staff was extremely helpful when I needed to send some parcels, write the address and pack them.

Extremely rude staff especially the Maori lady on the the counter. I went to return a parcel that I’ve ordered online and just needed to use some tape, she charged $1.50 for 3 pieces of tape and put the tapes on my parcel without any care. I could clearly see that the tapes were falling off, couldn’t even close my parcel properly, but when I asked  her for one more piece of a tape and she said I need to pay again and just dropped my parcel on the floor and saying “some people just don’t have any tapes at home these days”. I’m not particularly upset about the fact that I paid 1.50 but on her customer service skill which I don’t understand.

Such a wonderful service.  Georginalady at the post office counter  was very welcoming and  went beyond to help me and others in the queue. Highly appreciate her efforts.  Keep going Georgina.

NZ Post might be the most disorganised and, worse, dishonest official organisation in NZ. They refuse to take any responsibility for items posted from overseas which they are employed to deliver within NZ; if they lose one, it's essentially "too bad, nothing you can do about it." I've recently trying to resolve a situation in which they claimed they delivered a package to me, then confirmed to me that it was lost, but wouldn't confirm this to the sender, even though they forced the sender to seek compensation from the point-of-origin postal service who hadn't lost it, NZ Post had. They also tried to claim that although they'd confirmed the item lost in late June, they had then delivered it in early June. Time doesn't run backwards, guys. This review has turned into a crazed rant, but that's what dealing with NZ Post will do to you.

NZ Post are immoral, greedy and terrible at service. Almost always guaranteed to have a problem. Your entire service revolves around delivering things, how can you just say "estimated delivery time, tough luck." Give your money to any other postal service .

How do I find out about a parcel that’s meant to be delivered but isn’t when we aren’t able to email or contact you, NZ Post.

Avoid like the plague. 21 days and still waiting until the dream team of Nzpost and Customs can figure out GST.

There is one old lady she’s very rude with me I ask for help she’s didn’t help and making comments on me very rude staff and bad customer service
