Thank goodness for the change in ownership. Maybe the fruit and veg will no longer be B grade rotting items. The staff are more focused but my complaint to Erna fell on deaf ears. The next visit revealed that the computer error had not been fixed and again dismissed by Erna. I suggest an overhaul in the admin area is long overdue. Two rotten apples have had a bad affect on the work environment. Well done on the changes to date. Moving the milk is not vital but ensuring choice and availability of items are. All the best. I intend to review the rating in a month’s time.

Since change of owner it's now much better with a nice revamped cafe and seating area 😁👍🏻

I love the meat department and especially how they display and take special care of the fruit and vegetable produce. Saving all produce from bruising. Great care and customer care. I was asked if I needed a basket as I held my two items in my hand. I didn't need one but how thoughtful. I couldnt find something and staff got help and continued to be with me while Another member showed me the item. The first staff member was also finding out where such an item was stored. Great way to.learn about the stock in store.thankyou New World Newlands. Wellington 😃

Good selection for a smaller supermarket. Plenty of parking (covered and uncovered). Also close to a few other smaller niche shops in the shopping centre there.

Not a bad place if you need something good and common but do not want to drive long distance.
