Definitely my fave place to go for Italian food! The perfect blend of flavours in the pizza that were not over powering but also not boring either. The food was very well prepared, served hot and service was exceptional. Pasta fabulous texture and taste. Calamari is a MUST! Deserts were wonderful too. Overall, loved the food and vibe here and would come back.
Went in recently, while the food was honestly pretty good, multiple people in the group that had dietary requirements weren't taken seriously, I got a dish that clearly had cheese on it, and after double-checking with them was told it's dairy-free cheese, but when I mentioned the reason I'm asking is because I'm allergic to dairy they suddenly said they'd go check with the chef, they came out with a completely new meal, so they straight-up had just lied about the cheese... Lucky I double-checked... for a place that apparently welcomes dietary requirements the group I was with was appalled at the complete disregard for said dietary requirements.nnAlso, the manager lady isn't very friendly, I get it people have bad days but dam don't take it out on me, felt like my existence offended her lol, terrible service. Have gone in another time earlier though and got looked after by the manager guy who actually is friendly and pretty welcoming I think he's the owner.
We booked a table for a family dinner for my son’s 30th birthday, outstanding customer service from Harry who served our table with expertise and good humour. I noted he did so with every consumer he was assisting. The delivery of meals, quality of food, to clearing the table was exceptional. Well done to Harry and the team at La Bella we will definitely return
Monday, 23 December:nnA huge thank you to Antonio, Luisa, and the entire staff for their outstanding service and delightful food, all delivered with a smile, despite being short-staffed. The iced coffee was refreshing, the calamari was tender and delicious, and the almond croissant was a treat. The Christmas almond meringue added a festive touch. Plus, their Christmas Day food and gifts were exceptional. Buon Natale!
Tasty food, warm place, good service and nice atmosphere! Booked our table a week ago, mentioned in the note it is for mum's birthday, got a reply on the following day with options of cakes from their menu due to their no BYO nor cake policy. We were there prepared on the day. Services was outstanding, really made us welcomed Amd happy to be there. 10/10
