Good specials just before Christmas. Friendly customer service. Also good to see big boss Dan on floor unpacking products.

The electronic signs dont work properly and the staff dont sell the item for the advertised price, instead they overcharge. The staff were rude and obnoxious with no regards to the way they presented themselves or behaved. Many others i have talked to have had the same experience and refuse to go back. The store is cramped with barely any room to move around and do shopping. Staff are also very intrusive as to what you purchase as they look into your trolley when you are waiting to be served and have no sense of professionalism and often comment on the 'personal' items that you buy that they have no business in. No greeting from staff when you walk past them and they often push you around to get past. In the morning trolleys full of stock block off the aisles and staff stand around and talk rather loudly about personal affairs that aren't appropriate for the work place instead of focusing on customers.
