Not a bad store this one. Always clean, have most products I like, awesome variety of beers and wines. Great snack foods, even with their own pharmacy had to edit this one. This morning I phoned in at 9-10am. Look for any Christmas Meerkats.the lady went and found the last present one you had in store, as I live in Waitara, she put it at the service desk for me. I drove in, I'm not sure if it was the same lady, but I went though the self-service desk, I think her name that I rang was Charmaine. If not, regardless, she and the operator about 30-40 minutes late must be commended......
Always had good service here, not a fan of the type of in store pharmacy here, but it may be a convenient option for some.
Signage and deals misleading. Very frustrating when your the one pointing this out and no compassion when your paying more for something that is advertised as on sale.
I was shoped there for few years but in this moment some staff manners need adjustments. A good range of products, acceptable prices, clean.Update: At the self checkout today :....safety? manners?So the stars will go to one.

On the whole pretty good, I know if I go to the same supermarket every week I get to know where everything is. Then it is much easier to be in and out quickly.can meet some very friendly staff, it is very busy at times but that's too be expected.
Very rude lady on the service desk on a Sunday afternoon. Click and collect is so slow that it would be quicker to actually just go and shop myself in the long wait time for click and collect…and it’s not due to lack of staff. Just too many staff standing round talking and not doing their jobs. Manners need an adjustment too.
Over charged. And customer service staff do not know there own refund policy. A FULL refund plus the product should be offered, after the transaction is completed, and a pricing error has occurred! Some staff training required.
Countdown Spotswood tends to be well stocked when I go there. Large variety of products and friendly staff.
