When I moved to New Plymouth I was unsure what I would find in terms of butchers and delicatessens. We were told there was a great one on the main street and after seeking it out we were very happy. High quality meats, organic and free range available, house cured bacon, ham and biltong and delicious smoked salmon. The owner Mark loves what he does and remembers your name and what you are up to. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who cares about what they eat and how it is prepared.
