The store is Nice and spacious. Great variety of foods to choose from. Parking is really huge. Lol . The only thing that would make it complete is the gasoline station to be available.nHave to go to caltex or Z petrol station to use discount from shopping. All in all my experience is very nice. No complain at all. Love it. New plymouth is a beautiful place and surely its people rocks!
Always helpful and friendly - staff that go above and beyond. Special thanks to lovely lady on morning of 24 January who was doing click & collect but helped me find 4 or 5 items around the store. Amazing help and service.
Just met a guy named Alex who works here at paknsave New Plymouth. He was great help finding things I needed and then when I was packing my shopping away he walked past just in time and says “I’ll take that for you”. We love Alex, he’s neat alright nnRay-Ray
I’ve just been at the Pak n Save Christmas Club event and I am completely blown away! I have never seen a supermarket give so generously. So much free food, amazing savings and the most welcoming and happy staff all with huge smiles on their faces. Thank you Pak n Save New Plymouth
