The food is amazing with a large menu. The atmosphere is family friendly. They turn over a lot of customers so service can be a little slow. Food presentation is okay, be sure to try the slow braised pork belly with sweetened soy sauce. Its ideal for casual dinners but expect to wait up to 20 minutes on weekends and thursday/nights for a table.

Food is amazing. Service at Chatswood Chase is terrible, long wait periods, rude staff, more often that not blatantly ignored and looked over. Not impressed by the service or staff at all.

I visited there for lunch on Thursday with my fd. It was not busy so customet service was okay. Last time it was relly unbelivable rude. But this time, I found white short hair in Mapo tofu dish.. also plate and cup weren't clean. I like theor food but Please Please hygienics....!!!!

Rubbish place now. Gone badly downhill . Lemon grove was better but they’ve shut that down.

Food is nice, but OMG the service is awful. Have been twice. Seated promptly both times. Order taken promptly one time. Waited forever for food after ordering both times. They couldn't even bring steamed rice promptly when other dishes trickled out. Some items ordered never came by the time we left.
