Ronnie is a guru of fish keeping. The store is something of a throwback to the old days of local retail - nothing flashy, just good advice and a good selection of product from an experienced operator.
Best in the business. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get to fish, he is incredibly knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs having done it for decades!

We came in looking for a Betta. Owner was helpful and prices were good. My kids left very happy with their new fish and a few compatible friends. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

He is the only person you should be spending your fish money on. NOT animates NOT hollywood fishfarm. He genuinely cares about his own fish and the customers, he even fed all his big fish while I was there and it was just a amazing experience. My girlfriend even said all the fish were so healthy.

Love Pupuke Aquarium - Ronnie is a delightful character and totally obsessed with all his fish - I prefer to shop for supplies with Ronnie rather than big pet shop chains to support local business. Great range of fish and food in bulk at wholesale prices
